Bill Pay seamlessly integrates with telecom, mobile, and cloud applications ensuring payments are made according to company and industry best practices and provides detailed and timely reporting, leveraging extensive knowledge of local and international vendors.

I’ve decided to move forward with Bill Pay. What will we need to do on a monthly basis?

Congratulations and welcome to the Tangoe family. Once you have enabled Tangoe to set up on-behalf-of accounts during implementation and provided portal access there are 2 steps: 

  1. Simply approve your invoices in a timely manner within your mobile, cloud, or telecom application.
  2. Transfer funds to the designated bank accounts for payment of invoices by Bill Pay.

How are customer funds allocated?

When dealing with customer funds, Tangoe separates customer funds in specific bank accounts and separate bank accounts are required for each currency a customer uses.
