Tangoe Receives Two Stevie® Awards for Best Technical Support and Customer Service Department of the Year

Tangoe is honored to announce that we have been named the winner of two 2024 Stevie Awards. The 2024 American Business Awards® presented us with a Gold Stevie® Award, which distinguishes Tangoe as the Best Technical Support Solution in the Computer Technologies category, and a Bronze Stevie® Award recognizing Tangoe as the Customer Service Department of the Year. This is the third year that we have been recognized for our superior solution and customer experience.

These accolades are not just an acknowledgement of Tangoe; they are a testament to the dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment of our cross functional support teams. Customer experience defines us as a company, and the concerted efforts we’ve taken to prioritize the needs of our clients have made today’s wins possible. 

Transforming the Customer Experience: Faster Insights, Best-in-Class NPS 

The awards recognize key programs transforming Tangoe’s customer experience, both of which further our corporate strategy focusing on our customers.

Tangoe’s Deployments Team infused automation into our inventory management technologies and processes to streamline the client experience and deliver expense management insights faster and with more accuracy. Through this effort, Tangoe has increased productivity 300%, allowing our support teams to help clients update their IT service information more often and improve data hygiene.

When it comes to IT expense management, accelerating time to business insight is a key area of client value, and according to a recent study by Vanson Bourne, managed service providers succeed in delivering insights and cost savings faster than companies relying on their own in-house programs. The study also shows that 83% of Tangoe clients recognize value within one month, and this award-winning program is evidence of Tangoe’s ability to promptly delight clients. 

Additionally, Tangoe’s Customer Success team redefined success to deliver unparalleled overall service that retains clients year after year. As a result, Customer Service Manager (CSM) ratings from clients increased to a new high, and Tangoe’s Net Promoter Score has soared to become the industry’s best in class, increasing by 25 points.
