2022 Year in Review


Happy New Year to you on behalf of everyone here at Tangoe.  2022 was a pivotal year for Tangoe and I’m proud to say we exceeded the expectations for our business thanks to incredible partnerships, deep customer relationships, our ability to innovate, and the keen interest for our services from businesses of all sizes.  To say that we had no ups and downs would be disingenuous, but we persevered, kept our clients at the center of everything we do, and came out a stronger company.  Here are a few highlights:

  • 9th time named a Visionary in Gartner Magic Quadrant, MMS Global 
  • Launched a new website, all new content and thought leadership 
  • Refreshed our brand 
  • Improved NPS by 30 points 
  • CSAT score up 20% 

These results reflect the passion and commitment of our team to relentlessly focus on our priorities to serve to retain, compete to win, and inspire to grow.  It has been great to welcome back Tangoe customers and see a surge of new enterprises joining the Tangoe community.  These companies note things like our transparency in pricing, dedicated support teams, accurate inventories, easy to use software, and positive ROI they realize.  Nothing could be a stronger testament to the value we bring to our clients. 

2023 will be another banner year at Tangoe as we’re investing heavily in our go to market team with additional sales and channel coverage in the US and Europe and expanded focus on our channel and partnerships.  Our R&D team is growing and we’re doubling down on software innovations to further automate processes – maybe even a new more patents to add our 60 and counting.  Our product management team has laid out our plans that are directly linked to customer feedback and market growth.  We’ll have additional capabilities in our help desk and fulfillment offering and offer more customized solutions to best meet the needs of our clients.
