Susan Frohreich is Senior Vice President, Customer Experience & Retention at Tangoe. In this role, Frohreich leads the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, aligning cross-functional teams to strengthen customer health and drive long-term retention. She is responsible for delivering the consistent, high-quality experience Tangoe’s customers expect, with a focus on measurable outcomes and sustained customer lifetime value.
Previously, Frohreich served as Vice President of Revenue Operations at Tangoe, where she built out the revenue operations function and unified sales, marketing, and customer experience operations to support growth, executive reporting, and forecast accuracy. Prior to Tangoe, she held senior leadership roles at Masergy Communications and CenturyLink, where she led global sales operations, pre-sales integration, and high-touch customer experience teams.
Frohreich holds an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Accounting & Information Systems Management from Bemidji State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Lean Six Sigma Champion. Frohreich resides in Little Elm, Texas.
