Maria Gotes the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Tangoe, Inc. 

Gotes leads the company’s global human resources organization and is responsible for driving inclusive HR and Talent strategies, while preserving Tangoe’s evolving, dynamic corporate culture. 

She brings more than 15 years of experience heading human resource teams to Tangoe. Gotes has held senior positions at a number of leading technology companies, where she demonstrated undeniable success activating human capital strategies, full talent cycle, M&A, and organizational scaling for growth. 

Gotes is a Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional and holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University.
