Maria Gotes serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tangoe, Inc., where she leads the company’s global people strategy and talent ecosystem. She is responsible for designing inclusive employee experiences, enabling organizational growth, and evolving Tangoe’s culture to meet the future of work. In addition to her HR leadership, Gotes also has oversight of Tangoe’s administration, facilities, and legal functions as part of her broader organizational responsibilities.

Gotes brings 20 years of people and organizational leadership experience to Tangoe. She has held senior roles at several leading private equity-backed technology companies, where she successfully scaled talent strategies, activated high-performance cultures, integrated M&A initiatives, and positioned organizations for sustainable growth.

She holds both an M.B.A. and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University and was previously credentialed as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management. Gotes resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her family.
