As General Counsel of Tangoe US, Inc., Lauren Fanning leads all legal matters for the organization and serves as a strategic advisor to the executive team.
Fanning brings over fifteen years of experience leading legal strategy, M&A activity, and corporate governance for dynamic, high-growth organizations across multiple industries. Prior to joining Tangoe, Fanning served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Eyecare Services Partners Management, LLC, Academic Partnerships, LLC, and Daymon Worldwide, Inc.
Fanning holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School. A New York native, Fanning currently resides in the DFW Metroplex with her husband and their two sons.
