Tangoe User Group Appoints New Chairpersons from Pepsi and Eaton Corporation

Expanded user group is available to more than 600 enterprise businesses from around the worldOrange, CT— May 17, 2011 — Tangoe, Inc., a leading global provider of enterprise communications lifecycle management software and related services, today announced the expansion of the Tangoe User Group (TUG) board including the appointment by Tangoe of two co-chairpersons. Completely self-managed by its members, TUG is a forum for Tangoe clients to share ideas, information, and their experiences regarding communications lifecycle management. The two appointed Tangoe User Group co-chairs are Billy Wooters, Director of Telecom Services for Pepsi Beverages Company, and John McCauley, UC Manager for Eaton Corporation.“The forum that the Tangoe User Group provides customers around the globe is a valuable aspect of working with Tangoe,” said Billy Wooters, Director of Telecom Services for Pepsi. “I have had the opportunity to work with the company on many projects both in fixed and mobile communications over the years and this forum is a great opportunity to share those experiences and insights with a broader user community. I am honored to be co-chairing this group and look forward to many productive dialogues as we move forward.”TUG provides a forum for customers and partners to deliver constructive feedback to Tangoe on the company’s solutions roadmap, engage in dialog and share experiences about solution best practices, and solicit support from Tangoe on projects and initiatives. In conjunction with the appointment of new co-chairpersons, Tangoe has also enhanced its customer-only user portal to facilitate information sharing and dialogue between users in an effort to promote best practices and shared experiences.

In addition to the recently appointed co-chair positions, the TUG Board includes twelve Tangoe clients from the more than 600 Tangoe clients that are eligible to participate in Tangoe User Group. Tangoe is also planning an annual user conference for all customers and partners to be held in Q1 2012.
