Tangoe Teams with Avalon Technology to Support FSSI Mobile TEM Initiative

ORANGE, Conn., April 14, 2008 — Tangoe, Inc., a leadingglobal provider of enterprise communications lifecycle management software andtechnology-driven services, today announced it has teamed with AvalonTechnology to provide support for wireless telecommunications expensemanagement (TEM) services within the federal government.Avalon Technology—a leader in mobile computing andcommunications services and solutions—was one of three companies recentlyawarded a Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) TelecommunicationsExpense Management (TEM) contract to support mobile TEM initiatives withinfederal agencies. Through its strategic partnership with Avalon, Tangoe willhave the opportunity to provide mobile TEM offerings to at least thirteenmilitary and civilian agencies that participate in FSSI. As part of the partner agreement, Avalon will utilizeTangoe technologies and services that will grant government agencies fullvisibility over the mobile enterprise, thereby lowering the total cost ofownership while improving quality of service.
