Tangoe Reports Record Sales Volume and Revenue in Q1 2008

Surging momentum fueled by rapid adoption rate of integrated fixed andmobile telecom lifecycle management solutions

ORANGE, Conn., June 3, 2008 — Tangoe, Inc., aleading global provider of enterprise communications lifecycle managementsoftware and technology-enabled services, today reported record volume for direct and indirect sales during the period betweenJanuary 1 and March 31, 2008. Tangoe won thirty-three direct and indirect dealsin Q1 2008, reflecting the company’s increasing customer base diversificationand surging growth in integrated, fixed- and mobile-related business. More than15 percent of new business originated from international clients withheadquarters outside of the United States, and approximately 50 percent of the managedservices deals sold by the Company’s direct sales force were for the combinedmanagement of both fixed and mobile communications.

Riding strong momentum in 2007—when the company saw a record number of newbookings, client proposals, and RFP responses—Tangoe pointed to the release of itsCommCare™ managed services in 2007 as a key growth driver. In fact, 90 percentof the company’s Q1 direct deals involved components of CommCare’s suite ofmanaged services and consulting services.

A significant component of Tangoe’s Q1 performance was attributed tostrong sales of technology-based managed services in regions outside the UnitedStates. A high percentage of international sales involved mobile communicationmanagement services, due to the advanced international mobile infrastructureand increasing dependence on mobile communications and mobile computingdevices. With multi-currency capabilities, international display formats,international carrier bill mapping capabilities, and language localization,Tangoe’s technologies have enabled international partners to provide effectiveexpense management services within their regions.
