The Gartner TEM MarketScope rated TEM solution providers from North America, Europe, Asia/Pacific, and Central/Latin America. Gartner invited 145 vendors to participate in the MarketScope process and chose 45 vendors for rating. Criteria evaluated for each of the companies included: business model, customer experience, innovation, product and/or service offering(s), operations, sales execution/pricing, and overall viability.
