Tangoe Promotes Brandon Henning to Chief Product Officer

PARSIPPANY, N.J., May 12, 2020 – Tangoe®, one complete solution for order, invoice, inventory and expense management across telecom, mobile and cloud environments, today announced Brandon Henning has been promoted to Chief Product Officer. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the Tangoe global product organization, including strategy, design, operations, and learning. In addition, he will temporarily continue in his existing role overseeing Tangoe’s cloud application, as well as its product automation and data capabilities.

Balancing product expertise, technical acumen and a focus on customers, Henning is a seasoned product management executive who brings almost 20 years of experience in optimizing best-in-class strategies, products and solutions to Tangoe. He is the first internal promotion to Tangoe’s Executive team.

Henning joined Tangoe in 2018 as Vice President of Product Management, Data Platform, Automation and Reporting, responsible for leading Tangoe’s new technology innovation platform product strategy; one of his key accomplishments was helping to develop new technology expense management bots. Prior to joining Tangoe, Henning held leadership roles at Sparta Systems, where he served as the Director/Vice President of Product Management before being promoted to Vice President of Strategy. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Rockwell Software, Calisto Integration, GE Intelligent Platforms, and the J.M. Smucker Company.

Henning holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Human Resources Management from Kent State University and is a Kepner-Tregoe Certified Product Manager. He holds four patents, including for Activity Set Management in Manufacturing Execution Systems and Routing of Enterprise Resource Planning Messages. He was named Supply and Demand Chain Executive Magazine’s “Pro to Know” in 2016.
