Tangoe, Inc. Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares

Orange, Conn., August 1, 2011 — Tangoe, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNGO), a leading global provider of communications lifecycle management software and related services, today announced the closing of its previously announced initial public offering of 8,770,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $10.00 per share. Tangoe sold 7,500,000 shares of common stock and selling stockholders sold the remaining 1,270,000 shares of common stock in the closing. In addition, Tangoe announced that the underwriters have exercised in full their option to purchase 1,315,500 additional shares of common stock from the selling stockholders at the initial public offering price. Closing of the sale of the additional shares is expected to occur on August 2, 2011. Tangoe will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, with Lazard Capital Markets LLC, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Raymond James & Associates, Inc., and Signal Hill Capital Group LLC acting as co-managers.
