As Senior Vice President of Sales in EMEA, Axel is responsible for leading all Sales, Pre-Sales, Account Management, Strategic Consulting and Partner Management activities for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Axel has a tremendous track record of success in building teams and delivering outstanding results. He brings almost 20 years of experience working across a variety of global organizations in the technology and software markets. Most recently, he was Managing Director and President US for Sales, Marketing, and Partner Management at FACTON GmbH, a company that provides enterprise product costing solutions for the automotive, aerospace, mechanical engineering, hi-tech, and electronics sectors. Prior to FACTON GmbH, Axel spent 13 years at Parametric Technology (PTC) and IBM in a variety of leadership positions. Prior to IBM he worked in the Telecommunication space with Alcatel. Axel received his degree in Applied Business and Technology Management with a main emphasis on Sales from the Märkische Fachhochschule Iserlohn, Germany.
