Commerce Disruptions

During our normal course of business, Tangoe monitors vendors’ ability to transact commerce and we send private notifications to our customers when disruptions occur; however, during the period affected by COVID-19, we have elected to make these disruptions available to everyone in the interests of public awareness.

This page is intended to serve as a guide and clearinghouse for reports of commerce disruptions during this period and is intended for informational purposes only; you must contact your vendor directly for information related specifically to you. 

All commercial parties are welcome to submit reports of disruptions, workarounds and status changes.  Our goal is to provide the most accurate, up-to-date status and we welcome companies (including vendors) to correct errors, update statuses, and use this channel to inform the business community of disruptions. 

Tangoe processes and pays millions of telecom and cloud-related invoices, and we manage millions of mobile devices for our global customers, so most of the disruptions listed are related to those operations; but, you are welcome to submit any commerce disruptions you feel relevant.
