This week’s guest is Le-Andra Isles, Director of Tangoe Pay, who works in the Parsippany, New Jersey office.
Le-Andra says that Tangoe’s acquisition of MOBI, which took place in December 2018, was a defibrillator—a dose of electric current that helped revive Tangoe and signal to the organization and to the industry that Tangoe is no longer “treading water,” but instead, is in a position to expand and progress forward. In fact, Le-Andra believes that the acquisition also helped kickstart the company’s efforts to nurture and influence a positive culture that extends across the entire organization.
As the Director of Tangoe Pay, Le-Andra manages 12 employees who are responsible for the disbursement of payment on behalf of Tangoe’s clients through the invoice processing. So, what exactly is Tangoe Pay? It’s a global solution offered to our clients, which essentially manages and automates an organization’s payments of all of their technology invoices. Since the MOBI acquisition, Le-Andra has had the opportunity to work closely with several members of the new team, which works out of Indianapolis, to help facilitate the integration of both Tangoe and MOBI’s bill pay solutions.
In addition to speaking about the effect and influence of the MOBI acquisition, Le-Andra also discusses how the Parsippany, NJ location has and continues to respond to some recent challenges that took place within their location.
Here is my conversation with the poetic Le-Andra Isles. Let’s all learn from her.
