Personally, one of the top reasons I joined Tangoe was to grow the channel. It’s in my DNA, and I found a leader who shares in my passion for the channel: Ed Pearce.
Ed joined Tangoe in the spring and came on board to lead our New Logo Sales organization. I brought Ed in because of his extensive background working with TSDs and the agent community and his vision for how we can exponentially expand our coverage. We fully recognize that an overwhelming majority of enterprises turn to an agent to help navigate the craziness of the technology industry. Long gone are the days of one or two choices. It’s literally endless, and the agents are the neutral resource who identify what the business requirements are, and then bring forth the best technology provider to meet its needs.
