We live our values at Tangoe and care about our people, our customers, and our future. We are making sure – as we face the coronavirus pandemic, the social upheaval, and the economic downturn together – our people are safe, we continue to meet our customers’ needs, and we are ready for the future.
We’ve been working from home for ten days and, like people all over the world, have adjusted. Our technology infrastructure was built to support everyone at Tangoe working from home. We standardized on Microsoft Teams and our Tangoeroos, located in ten countries around the world, are used to videoconferencing and virtual collaboration. Our Tangoe China colleagues, working from home for nearly 100 days, taught us valuable lessons. Our 500-strong Roo-Mote employees, working from home for years, have taken the rest of us under their wings. We are glad for their leadership.
Everyone at Tangoe rallied to continue delivering top-quality service to our customers. We are loading and processing invoices quickly, placing orders correctly, keeping inventories up-to-date, answering help desk calls promptly, shipping devices reliably, running reports on-time, sending files on schedule, and finding savings for customers every day. Our technology platforms are running normally. Our customers have adapted with us, and we’ve held scores of virtual quarterly business reviews together, staying synchronized in our work and aligned in our priorities.
We monitor our business volumes and customer activities daily, with an eye on the present and the future. We hold a Daily Debrief with our executive team to oversee our business continuity plan. We check-in twice weekly with our Board of Directors to audit our business outlook and contingency plans. We work with all our customers to understand their telecom, mobile, and cloud requirements and trends. We are prepared for today, and ready for tomorrow.
Tangoeroos all over the world are keeping their promises, doing their best work, working together for the good of each other, and trusting each other with new ways of working. Every Tangoe employee is committed to our customers, each other, and our success.
