Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located approximately 15 miles or 25 minutes from the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando^®.

You will not need a car during your conference stay, so it may be most convenient for you to take ground transportation from the airport to the hotel instead of renting a car.

Transportation to and from Loews Royal Pacific Resort and Orlando International Airport is available through the resort’s preferred local transportation vendor, Mears Transportation.  Upon arrival at the airport, go to the ground level of the terminal building.  You’ll see the Mears Transportation ticket desk there, where you can make your transportation arrangements.  Mears will direct you to a bus that will take you to the Loews Pacific Resort; keep in mind that it does make other stops.

For your return trip, you should make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance with the hotel’s concierge desk, open 7:00 am – 10:00 pm daily, phone 407.503.3200.

Taxis are also available – a one-way taxi fare would be approximately $45, depending upon traffic conditions.
