The Tangoe Global User Conference is being held at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando^® in Orlando, Florida. The Loews Royal Pacific Resort is a AAA Four Diamond Award-winning hotel within walking distance of Universal Studios Florida^® and Universal’s Islands of Adventure^® theme parks. It is also a quick stroll away from Universal CityWalk^®, Orlando’s hottest spot for entertainment, including themed nightclubs, restaurants, concert venues, shops, cinemas, street performers, and more.

Discounted Room Rate
Tangoe has reserved a block of rooms at a special discounted rate of $175.00 per night single/double occupancy, plus a 12.5% guest room tax.  A limited number of rooms are available at this special rate, so be sure to make your reservations promptly to ensure your accommodations.



Arrival and Departure Dates
We recommend that you arrive before the Welcome Reception begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, October 1.  If you are planning to take advantage of the AOTMP training, plan to arrive at the hotel either before 9:30 am October 1 or the night before.  The conference will wrap up on Friday, October 3, by approximately 2:00 pm.

Hotel check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. You can check your luggage with the service desk in the hotel’s front lobby if you arrive before your room is ready.

Extend Your Stay
If you’d like to arrive before the conference or stay for the weekend after the conference, the same discounted rate will be extended to you.  Again, make your reservations promptly to ensure room availability.

You may wish to bring your family along to enjoy all that Orlando has to offer, and the hotel may be able to provide similarly discounted rates on larger room types, based on availability.  However, family members may not attend Tangoe user conference sessions, meals, or social events. 

Universal Orlando® On-Site Hotel Benefits
Guests at all on-site Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando enjoy exclusive privileges throughout their stay including: UNIVERSAL EXPRESS^SM rides access*, onsite hotel guests can skip most regular attraction lines at both Universal Orlando theme parks during their stay. Just show your room key card at the Express entrance at each participating attraction and bypass the regular lines. There is no additional charge.  Guests can take advantage of courtesy water taxis and shuttle bus transportation between the resort, theme parks, and Universal CityWalk® Entertainment complex; complimentary transportation is also available to nearby Sea World® and Wet n' Wild® water park.
