The CMP Knowledgebase is a library of market intelligence; information
pertaining to carrier services and corresponding tariffs and
market rates. The
CMP Knowledgebase serves as a basis for all CommCare assurance tests and
is leveraged to insure that a customer’s rates remain
competitive with the prevailing carrier rates and with rates
provided for similar services by other carriers. It also includes
additional information to secure more favorable rates, terms,
and service levels.
The CMP Knowledgebase is maintained by Tangoe and hosted on behalf of
our clients.
The CMP Knowledgebase contains more than seven million rate data
points, including fixed and mobile voice and data rates from Tier 1 and top Tier 2
service providers. This includes detailed information on primary and
secondary rates, providing users with fingertip access to what they should be paying across a wide array of commitment levels.
