Telecom marketing & sales veteran recruited to lead company into new phase of market & product portfolio expansion

ORANGE, Conn., August 26, 2008 — Tangoe, Inc., a leading global provider of enterprise communications lifecycle management software and technology-enabled services, today announced the appointment of Craig Gosselin to the position of chief marketing officer. A seasoned executive with a strong track record of sales and marketing success in the fixed, mobile, and convergence markets, Gosselin will direct all marketing activities worldwide for Tangoe as the company continues to increase solution offerings into existing and expanded global markets.

Gosselin’s appointment as head of marketing follows Tangoe’s recent merger with Information Strategies Group, Inc. (ISG) and is in response to increased demand for Tangoe’s services and technologies, expanded solution offerings, and the Company’s continued growth in both domestic and international markets. As CMO, Gosselin will oversee the consolidation and rollout of solution offerings, manage all marketing activities, and direct product marketing worldwide. In addition, Gosselin will direct Tangoe’s expanded channel and partner marketing support both domestically and overseas.

With an impressive track record building and leading highly successful marketing, sales, and client service teams in high-technology service providers, Gosselin’s experience will add additional depth and experience in support of new client and partner offerings in both domestic and international markets.  Prior to joining Tangoe, he served as chief marketing officer for NewStep Networks, a technology leader in fixed mobile convergence, as well as chief sales and marketing officer for Velocita Wireless, a wireless data networking provider that was successfully sold to Sprint Nextel.  As head of the sales and channel marketing organization for Virgin Mobile USA, Gosselin was part of the senior team that successfully developed and launched the nation’s leading prepaid wireless business. As a senior vice president at American Express, he headed a 1,000 person sales and service organization. Gosselin started his career at AT&T where he gained more than ten years of experience in a number of sales and product management roles.

“With approximately 300 clients worldwide—we’re well positioned for unprecedented expansion and success as we leverage our worldwide footprint and comprehensive portfolio of products and services for managing the entire communications lifecycle,” said Tangoe president and CEO Al Subbloie. “To lead our marketing efforts in this next phase of growth requires a unique combination of industry-specific expertise, strategic marketing vision, extensive product marketing skills, and experience building and supporting global offerings. I’m confident that we found that person in Craig and am equally as confident in his ability to quickly make a strong contribution toward Tangoe’s continued success and expanded global presence.”

Gosselin graduated with honors from both Worchester Polytechnic Institute, where he received his BS in electrical engineering, and the University of Houston, where he received his MBA degree. He also completed executive education coursework at two of the world’s leading business schools, receiving leadership and team management training at the Wharton School of Business and strategic marketing management training at the Harvard Business School.
