Tangoe provides administrative support as a key feature of CommCare mobile managed services. The CommCare service delivery manager serves as the primary contact, scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly meetings as necessary to ensure that clients are receiving the services and information they require and expect.

 

 

Administrative support also includes the following services:

  • Application support and training to system administrators by service delivery manager and account teams
  • Tracking, updating, and resolving any issues clients may have with aspects of the Tangoe application or CommCare services.
  • Track performance against agreed-upon service levels; performance reporting regarding any service level violations
  • Scheduling of HR and data feeds for processing
