Across the entire family of CommCare
services, organizations have access to Tangoe’s reporting engine and complete library
of operational and business intelligence reports. All reports offer
comprehensive features and functionality coupled with multiple presentation
layers and secure delivery.
Meeting the needs of both
non-technical business users and power users, Tangoe’s library of reports are
extracted from operational data at user-prescribed intervals and generated from
a dedicated data warehouse that enables faster report generation. Users can
render data in other reporting tools and/or save, view, print, or export their
results in formats including Word, Excel, RTF, PDF, and RPT files.
In addition, specific reports
based on the clients’ CommCare level of service, are delivered to the client on
a monthly basis.
