CommCare Base Services

The CommCare Base layer provides basic bill acquisition and loading services with web-based access to Tangoe’s Communications Management Platform (CMP). Organizations then utilize their own personnel to perform work such as invoice allocations, invoice approvals, invoice payment configuration, and inventory management. CommCare Base provides a hosted environment for enterprise-wide billing consolidation without the personnel or services required by other organizations.
