(NASDAQ: TNGO), a leading global provider of communications lifecycle management software and related services, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,770,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $10 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on July 27, 2011 under the symbol "TNGO." Tangoe is offering 7,500,000 shares of common stock and selling stockholders are offering 1,270,000 shares of common stock. In addition, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,315,500 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.
